Anna & Vojta Kročková
Anna grew up in Ostrava, Czech Republic, where she attended church from an early age, though she initially experienced God as distant. This changed in high school after meeting her now-husband Vojta. Together, they began attending a local church in Havirov, where Anna discovered a personal and transformative relationship with God. As their faith grew, they became active in youth ministry and a music outreach project called Fusion. In 2021, Anna was baptized a second time and took on greater leadership responsibilities. During the pandemic, a lack of young leaders caused their local youth ministries to pause or shut down, and Anna began to see just how essential it is to invest in young people within the church. She developed a passion for leadership development and discipleship, and started equipping herself to support and train the next generation of leaders.
In 2024, feeling unfulfilled in her corporate job, Anna started praying about finding a new one. She sensed a clear calling to step into a role where she could combine her heart for young people, leadership, and the church. Her desire is to help others experience the same deep love and presence of God that changed her own life.
Today, Anna serves in her local church in Haviřov as a youth leader and core team member. At KAM (Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Czech), she focuses on training leaders and human resources, equipping church leaders so that more young people across the country can come to know Christ and grow in their faith.
