Kilian & Justine Spieß
Kilian grew up in the German countryside, hearing about faith his entire childhood. At the age of 12, he discovered the heart of the gospel and God’s love at a camp, desiring to follow Jesus since then. He had personal mentors who invested in him and, consequently, experienced significant change in his heart and his relationships. During his studies, God nurtured a passion in him to invest in others in the same way he had been invested in.
In 2023, Kilian took on the role of a Student Success Specialist on the Higher Education team for Josiah Venture. In this role, he supports the students and staff of Moorlands College in order to enhance their college experience. His goal is to develop existing processes, as well as paving the way for new experiences, equipping Christian leaders in Central and Eastern Europe for effective missional ministry.
Kilian is married to Justine, who is currently studying Pioneer Ministries in a Master’s program.
