Gwynne & Josh Gardner
Gwynne was an intern with Josiah Venture in Slovenia in the summer of 2011 and moved there full time in May of 2012. After 8.5 years of service in Slovenia, working with the Fusion ministry in Celje and starting the Slovenia communications team, the Lord made it clear that it was time for her next adventure. He opened the door for her to join the International Communications Team located at the Josiah Venture headquarters in the Czech Republic.
After a little over a year of serving in Czech, and a decade of living overseas, it was time for another transition, this time back to the States. There, she continues to serve the movement of God as the Social Media Director and host of the “Josiah Venture Stories” podcast.
She has a desire to see the gospel advance through the media highway and storytelling. She uses social media as a platform to bring more awareness to all that God is doing across Central and Eastern Europe. After 14 years as a single on mission, God provided a husband! She married Josh Turner in April of 2026 and they serve together in their local church in Charleston, SC.
