Francis Badau
Originally from Constanța, Romania, Francis began serving during high school, with a strong focus on youth outreach and discipleship. He was actively involved in Exit Tour, a national evangelistic project that reaches teenagers through music, testimony, and relational ministry.
Although he initially pursued a career as a firefighter, Francis experienced a clear and personal call from God to full-time ministry—a turning point that reshaped his future. With a heart fully devoted to the Gospel, he answered that call with joy and commitment.
At the beginning of 2025, Francis got engaged to Sara. Together, they share a deep passion for serving Christ and are preparing for their wedding in October 2025. United in vision, they are building a life centered on mission and discipleship.
Francis continues to invest in youth ministry and mentoring young leaders, longing to see a generation transformed by the love and truth of Jesus. Alongside him, Sara is dedicated to mentoring young women and faithfully pursuing the calling God has placed on their lives.
