Zuzanna Tokarska
Zuza has known God since she was little, but it was thanks to her time in youth ministry that her relationship with him became personal. At the age of 15, she came to a conference organized by Josiah Venture in Poland. Not much later, it became a space where her faith deepened significantly, and she was able to serve alongside her peers. Throughout her years of volunteering, Zuza’s heart was transformed and filled with love for young people.
In 2024, after 2 years of working part-time with JV Poland, she stepped into full-time ministry coordinating the same volunteer program that she was once equipped in. Her main focus is discipling emerging leaders and helping them discover their calling, as they learn to make disciples and serve in their local churches. She serves on a team that coordinates the intensive discipleship program called Plan A and a Growth Academy summer camp. She also uses her MA in Psychology to support young people in this area and train leaders. Zuza's dream is that every teenager and young leader in church would experience discipleship with a caring mentor, being transformed and equipped.
